My name is Abhinay, brought up in Bangalore and living in Pune since 2013. Biking was a hobby since a teenager and I grew up literally with the love for 2 stroke bikes and participated in some track races and rallies in Bangalore and Karnataka. Traveling, be it work or leisure, and exploring ethnic Indian cuisines is my best past time. I’m a sales guy by profession working as a Sales Director.

My new joy ride is the Himalayan BS4 and I am loving this machine with each ride, it surely is made for all terrains. I also ride my Electra for short and city rides.

My most memorable ride was during the rains last year, we did the Triple Fort area around Pune and that was a day which made me realize that I could get back to riding post a gap of 6 years. I could endure the terrains from dry to slushy, we rode 280 kms in the whole day, riding in rains, slush, forest, crossing small streams and a flooded village. Also, my first solo ride Pune – Guntur – Pune this year gave me immense confidence.

Riding is a therapy to the mind and body and apart from the new learnings, there is a sense of accomplishment tagged along with happiness in every ride. Its difficult to express that feeling in words.

I was a new rider and one day, I found my reason to ride. Find yours and you shall ride through happily.
